Jogging or Walking the Miami Beach Boardwalk

This stunning and scenic beach side boardwalk spans 6.5 kms (4 miles), making it a perfect destination for a walk or short jog.  Enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and famous sand beaches on one side and the chic hotels and condos on the other.  Once you're done, hop off the boardwalk to nearby Ocean Drive for a cold drink or bite to eat.


Strolling along Ocean Drive

A trip to Miami is not complete until you've strolled along Ocean Drive in South Beach.  Running alongside the ocean, its famous for its colourful, Art Deco architecture, cafes, bars, shops, hotels and vibrant nightlife.  Spend a relaxing afternoon on a patio, enjoy a meal at one of the lively restaurants or end your day with a late night cocktail.


Relaxing by the Pool or at the Beach

Often, the most important thing needed for your well-being, is taking the time to truly relax, and there's no better way than spending time by a tranquil pool or at a beautiful sandy beach.  Maybe enjoy a little outdoor yoga flow or meditation and become more present in this wonderful moment.
