Leda Grovestine

Leda is the owner of Power to Move Fitness and has taught fitness for over 15 years. Leda is a Canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist, Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor, TRX Suspension Training Coach, Integrated Movement Therapies Practitioner, Children’s Fitness Coach, Jillian Michaels Body Shred Instructor, Tosca Reno Eat-Clean for Wellness Coach, and National Level Figure Competitor.

Rachel Stickwood

Rachel has been working in the fitness industry for 19 years, with experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Group Fitness Divisional Program Manager. Her certifications include; Canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist & Personal Training Specialist, YogaFit, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, BODYFLOW, BODYPUMP, CXWORX & RPM. As a former synchronized swimmer and coach, Rachel also holds a Level 3 National Coaching Certificate.

Pillar and Post Inn & Spa, Niagara-On-The-Lake


Escape to the luxurious Pillar and Post Inn located in the heart of Niagara-On-The-Lake.  With its award-winning 100 Fountain Spa, exquisite cuisine, cozy atmosphere and contemporary guest rooms, it will be your home away from home during your wellness getaway.  Your stay will include either a 2 or 3-night stay in a Traditional Room and access to all of the 5-star hotel amenities including a heated indoor salt water pool, heated outdoor pool, hot springs and fitness facilities.  Just outside your door is the quaint and charming old town filled with 19th century buildings, specialty shops, restaurants and cafes.

    Travel back in time to the Victorian era and experience afternoon tea the in the elegant Drawing Room at the Prince of Wales Hotel.

    Vehicle Wine Tasting Tour

    This 4.5-hour afternoon vehicle tour will take you to 4 distinct wineries in this region.
    Price starting at $84 per person + tax

    Cycle and Wine Tasting Tour

    This 5-hour afternoon tour guides you through 20 kms of the beautiful Niagara wine country where you will visit 4 award-winning wineries complete with wine tastings and 1 cheese pairing. 
    Price starting at $79 per person + tax.  Private bike tours can be arranged for 6 people or more for $119 per person + tax.

    Hike and Wine Tasting Tour

    Explore the beautiful Bruce Trail and  Niagara escarpment on a 60-90 minute guided hike followed by a winery tour and visit to 3 boutique wineries.  Tour duration is 6+ hours. 
    Price $89 per person + tax. 

    Wine Country Cooking School Cooking Class

    This 5-hour cooking class focuses on seasonal dishes using local ingredients.  After preparing your 3-course meal, enjoy your delicious creation accompanied by a wine pairing for each course.
    Private classes are $125-$250 per person + tax (minimum 4 people required) and will depend on the program and number of people.
