TICO COMPLIANCE MADE SIMPLE
TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) ensures consumers are protected when booking travel. If your retreat includes travel services, you must use a TICO-licensed travel agency - learn more here. By working with Movement Travel you’ll ensure you are fully compliant with Ontario’s Special Interest Travel regulations.
Our Process
01: Let’s Get Acquainted
If you’re a new client, we’ll schedule a 30-minute call to learn about your retreat and answer any questions.
02: Setting Up Your Retreat
If you decide to work with us, we’ll begin the process of setting up your retreat.
03: Launch Your Retreat
It’s time to market your retreat! As an added benefit your retreat will be advertised on our website.
04: Payment Management
We process all payments. At the end of your retreat, you’ll receive a payout for your profit.
05: Additional Travel Services
We can also assist with hotel reservations, travel insurance and other travel services.
GUEST BOOKING PROCESSING FEE
Standard Guest Booking Processing Fee: $150 per guest
Minimum: $1,500 per retreat
Deposit: $350 (refundable upon the completion of your retreat)
All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to HST
