Planning a retreat can be overwhelming and complying with TICO regulations can be confusing. That’s where we come in. Think of us as your back office. We take care of the tedious tasks so you can focus on creating an unforgettable experience for your guests.

TICO COMPLIANCE MADE SIMPLE

TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) ensures consumers are protected when booking travel. If your retreat includes travel services, you must use a TICO-licensed travel agency - learn more here. By working with Movement Travel you’ll ensure you are fully compliant with Ontario’s Special Interest Travel regulations.

Our Process

01: Let’s Get Acquainted

We’ll schedule a complimentary 30-minute call to learn about your retreat and answer any questions.

02: Engage Our Services

If you decide to work with us, a $350 deposit is required which is refundable upon retreat completion.

03: Launch Your Retreat

We’ll set up your retreat and prepare you for launch! As an added perk your retreat will be advertised on our website. 

04: Logistics Management

We’ll take care of every detail including registrations and guest and supplier payments.

05: Additional Travel Services

We can also assist with hotel reservations, travel insurance and other travel services.

GUEST BOOKING PROCESSING FEE

Standard Guest Booking Processing Fee: $150 per guest 

Minimum: $1,500 per retreat

All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to HST
