Retreat Booking Services: Host Your Own Retreat

Movement Travel is a licensed travel agent affiliated with a TICO registered Host Agency. Our Retreat Booking Services are suitable if you are a wellness professional (yoga or fitness instructor, reiki healer, nutritionist) or anyone else looking to host your own Retreat. Movement Travel will take care of travel-related reservations as well as guest and supplier payments so you are in compliance with TICO and other provincial regulations – leaving you with more time to plan and market your Retreat.

We Offer Two Retreat Booking Packages

Standard Package – $150 per Guest

Process Guest payments which will be held in trust
Issue Guest invoices
Process Supplier payments (if required)
Provide a Retreat Information Worksheet to streamline your Retreat management

Premium Package – $195 per Guest

Includes everything in the Standard Package plus
- Custom Retreat Questionnaire
- Digital App-Based Retreat Itinerary for Guests

All fees are in Canadian Dollars and subject to HST.
