Your Retreat
 Your morning will begin with an invigorating power yoga practice led by Jasmina Egeler on the spectacular rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, followed by a delicious breakfast.
After breakfast, you will have plenty of free time to relax at the pool, beach or spa before winding down your afternoon with a slower moving and more mindful practice.
Evenings will be spent exploring parts of Los Cabos and enjoying some of the finest cuisine in Mexico.
For those interested in discovering more of Los Cabos on your own, Movement Travel will also help arrange tours and experiences.
Like all Movement Travel retreats, all activities are optional so you can choose to do as much or as little as you want.

These are just some of the themes that guide Jasmina’s practice and teaching. She encourages a balance of play, discipline and studied wisdom; supporting students to tap into their curious nature and explore their true potential. Jasmina offers a challenging class to students at all levels through core strengthening, flowing vinyasa and the breath (and maybe even a handstand or two….).
Jasmina is also part of the YYoga faculty as a senior teacher trainer in Vancouver and has mentored many aspiring yoga instructors in her community.

Sun-drenched and architecturally stunning, enjoy The Cape’s gorgeous infinity pool, smaller intimate pools, golden sand beach, modern fitness facilities, serenity spa, rooftop terrace, outstanding restaurants and shaded cabanas.
