9:30 – 11:00 am Breakfast
11:00 am – 4:00 pm Free time or excursion
4:00 – 5:00 pm Restorative/mindfulness wellness activity
5:00 – 7:00 pm Free time
7:00 – 9:00 pm Optional group dinner
