Duration: 3-nights or shorter

Weekend Wellness Retreats include:

Where available, supplementary activities may be offered such as:

8:30 – 9:30 am Invigorating wellness activity
9:30 – 11:00 am Breakfast
11:00 am – 4:00 pm Free time or excursion
4:00 – 5:00 pm Restorative/mindfulness wellness activity
5:00 – 7:00 pm Free time
7:00 – 9:00 pm Optional group dinner






Travel Agency Services:  Host Your Own Wellness Retreat   

Our travel agency services are suitable if you are a yoga or fitness instructor, nutritionist, life coach, or other wellness professional, and wish to plan every aspect of your retreat but require a licensed travel agent to book all travel-related services.

Services include:  reserving accommodations, tours, air, and local transportation.  A per person service fee applies subject to the complexity of your retreat bookings.
